Policies & Procedures for Classes & Events
NOTE: Face masks are welcomed but optional during in-person classes at Northfield Yarn.
We are continually adding to our schedule of in-store and virtual classes. Watch this space or subscribe to our newsletter to learn about new classes as we add them to the schedule.
- Sometimes things come up that require us to cancel or change the schedule of a class. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment in full.
- If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, we will refund your class fee in full if you give us seven (7) days notice. Please understand that we cannot refund class tuition with less than seven (7) days notice unless we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list. We do understand that situations change at the last minute, and our policy is not intended to be punitive in any way. It is just that we need to be able to count on the registrations to offset the costs associated with running a class. Thank you for understanding.
- Weather-Related Changes: Northfield Yarn will attempt to notify you if there is a class time change or cancellation due to weather. Please be sure you provide contact information when you register. Class changes & cancellations will also be posted on the Northfield Yarn Homepage.
Sold Out Classes/Waiting List: If a class is marked as "Sold Out," please call the shop to be put on a waiting list. Instructors may add more spots or schedule another class, if there is demand.
