 SEPTEMBER EXPRESS PROJECT:
Bassenfell Scarf

 
Our September Express Project is the Bassenfell Scarf by The Fibre Company, made from two hanks of their luxurious Road to China Light in the color "Morganite." 

This on-trend mini-scarf is an asymmetrical garter stitch scarf with three columns of textural cluster stitches, inspired by The Fibre Company's Bassenfell Shawl pattern. The pattern is easy to follow, making it a quick and enjoyable project, and it would make a great gift. 

Road to China Light is perfect for this project because of its excellent stitch definition and incredibly soft, lightweight, and warm qualities. This sport-weight yarn blends baby alpaca, camel hair, cashmere, and silk to create a fabric with a soft halo and enough definition to explore subtle textures.
