Instructor: Lee Mussehl
Date: 2 Sundays: February 23 & March 1; 12:30-2:00 pm
This class will teach the basics needed to complete a small cross stitch piece that has a Spring motif. You will learn how to prepare your fabric for stitching, reading pattern, and how to start cross stitching your design on your prepared fabric. You will learn the cross stitches and outlining stitches that are used in most of the basic cross stitch designs. By the end of the class sessions, you will have a great start on your project with the knowledge to complete the remainder of your project at your own pace.
The supplies needed to begin the class project are provided as a part of your class fee: 14-count Aida fabric, #24 cross stitch needle, 5” embroidery hoop, and DMC floss. The pattern for the class project is a free download on the Web (link provided below).

Supplies to bring to class: (registered students receive 10% off class supply purchases, excluding patterns)
Most supplies are included in your class fee, but please bring a small pair of scissors.
