This version of our learn-to-knit class starts at the very beginning but goes a bit further than the Fast-Track options. The class covers a variety of skills, including casting on, knitting, purling, binding off, weaving in ends, and pattern reading. Plus, by the end of the three-session class you will have completed your first project: a cotton drink coaster.
A package of tools and supplies is provided, including yarn for the project, single point needles, a locking marker, a wool needle, and an instruction booklet. The booklet includes the coaster pattern and a number of other patterns suitable for beginning knitters.
Skill Level: No previous knitting experience is required to take this class.
