During this 2 session, project-based class, we will experiment with manipulating the colors in variegated yarns to produce beautiful patterns while knitting a Simple Slouch Hat. The pattern is a free download on Ravelry.
Skill Level: Easy
Supplies to bring to class: (registered students receive 10% off class supply purchases, excluding patterns)
Approximately 200 yards of Aran or Worsted weight yarn that has clear color changes at regular intervals. Recommended yarn: Sweet Georgia Haymarket worsted in color pooling colorways, such as BBQ Zombie, Hullaballoo, Lakeview, or Roadside Gerry. Ask about other recommendations.
U.S. #9 (5.5 mm) 16” or longer circular needle
Stitch markers, scissors, other knitting tools, as needed
